Gravel & Wine
Deanna and Samantha Winchester are heading toward a new hunt. Sammy's flipping through a folder of research in the passenger seat, sniffling every so often. She's been fighting off a cold for a couple days now, and Dean's hoping they don't have to hunker down anytime soon. She's anxious to keep driving; keep hunting. A thunderstorm is just starting up, but with the way Dean's driving, they'll be out the other side of it soon. They must be nearing the next town, because they're passing other cars more frequently. Sam sighs every time she can't find what she's looking for in those big books of hers, and Dean looks over and smiles encouragingly at her. There's bound to be an all-night diner in this town, and they can fuel up on pies and coffee. Or froofy tea, in Sammy's case.
